Fulfillment Policy

Non-Refundable Services
All payments for services rendered by White Wolf CPA are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Consultations

  • Tax preparation

  • Accounting services

  • Financial planning

Once a service session has been completed, either in person or virtually, the payment is final and non-refundable.

Service Delivery

  • In-Person Appointments: Services are considered delivered upon completion of the scheduled session or engagement.

  • Virtual Meetings: Services are considered delivered once the session concludes or when digital deliverables are provided.

 

Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Clients must notify us at least 4 hours in advance to reschedule appointments. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

  • Missed appointments without at least 24 hours prior notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

 

Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: Services are non-refundable once rendered.

  • Returns: As our services are intangible, no returns are applicable.

  • Cancellations: Clients may cancel appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

 

Shipping or Delivery Policy

  • As a service-based business, White Wolf CPA does not ship physical products. All deliverables are sent electronically.

  • Turnaround times for reports, tax filings, or other digital deliverables will be communicated clearly at the start of each engagement.

 

Legal or Export Restrictions
White Wolf CPA operates within the boundaries of applicable local and international laws. Services are only provided to clients within jurisdictions where we are licensed to operate.

 

Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly at diana@whitewolfcpa.com.

  • We adhere to Stripe's policies for payment processing and will work in good faith to resolve any disputes.

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to this fulfillment policy. This policy ensures the integrity of our services and aligns with Stripe’s compliance requirements.
